TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Order handling timeĀ is 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Generally, shipments are inĀ transitĀ for 3 ā€“ 4 days (Monday to Friday).

The order cut-off time will be 07:00 PM (GMT).

We provide UK shipping only.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping Terms:

We mainly use DHL, FedEx, or Royal Mail to ship your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider.

You’ll receive a tracking number within 24 hours to follow your order’s progress. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@itmagna.co.uk.

Order Tracking:

To track an order, you can track the order by visiting the Track your order page and entering the tracking number or order number and email.

Order changes :

Once your order has been confirmed, it is modified or cancelled. If you wish to return a product, youā€™ve outlined the returns procedure once youā€™ve received the item.

Item not received :

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Bags as once the item is bagged we have control over it (once itā€™s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email us.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the package from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
